Frequently Asked Questions

  • Modulr.Blueprint creates custom training materials built around your organization’s real workflows, decision points, procedures, and operating context.

Depending on the package selected, deliverables may include course structure, learning objectives, full course script, instructional narrative, scenario prompts, decision exercises, assessment questions, instructor guidance, rollout recommendations, and, for self-paced packages, an Articulate Rise course build.

  • Modulr.Blueprint can support operational training, onboarding, process training, compliance-related training, customer education, internal enablement, and role-specific training needs.

The system works best when the training needs to reflect how people actually perform work inside a specific organization, team, product environment, workflow, or operating context.

  • Single custom courses start at $3,000.

Course series and self-paced Articulate Rise builds are available at higher package levels. Final scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed before work begins, but the cost structure remains the same. No surprises.

  • Existing materials are not always required, but they often help. Modulr.Blueprint can work from a training request, a process description, or client-provided source materials. The strongest outputs usually come from clear operational context, such as procedures, workflows, examples, role expectations, or situations where employees need to make decisions.

We understand that these materials may be sensitive. Modulr.Blueprint is willing to sign a reasonable NDA before reviewing confidential or proprietary information.

  • Modulr.Blueprint is designed to build training around real work, not just summarize content.

It focuses on workflows, decisions, context, judgment calls, handoffs, constraints, and the situations learners actually face. The goal is to create training that fits the organization’s operating reality rather than producing generic instructional content.

  • Yes. Modulr.Blueprint includes quality checks for operational alignment across course artifacts, along with a review of the learning framework used to shape the course.

These checks are shared in an instructional design report along with the course materials.

  • Yes. Standard engagements include one round of reasonable revisions based on client feedback.

Reasonable revisions may include clarification of operational details, refinement of terminology, or minor additions that improve alignment with the client’s workflows.

Requests that significantly expand the scope of the selected package may require additional quoting.

  • Modulr.Blueprint courses are custom digital training materials built for your organization.

Because the work is customized and delivered digitally, purchases are non-refundable once work has begun, access has been provided, or materials have been delivered.

If there is a technical issue with delivery, access, or file availability, Modulr.Blueprint will work with you to resolve it promptly.

  • Upon full payment, the client owns the final course materials produced under the engagement.

Modulr.Blueprint will not resell or distribute the specific course created for your organization and will not reuse proprietary client materials outside the scope of the purchased project.

Modulr.Blueprint retains ownership of its instructional frameworks, development methods, and underlying system logic.
